Somehow my camera is stuck on slideshow. I did not set it to that but it is there and the slides are buzzing by faster than white lightening. I am trying to get into the menu to change it but it will not let me?
Help! Any ideas?

Apr 23, 2003 15:14 | #5 so this is the deal, as far as i can see. the "omni selector" seems to be at fault. whenever i am in preview mode the pictures go from one to the next in rapid succession. but this also happens when i am in the menu mode.

Canon has an update for the G3 on their web site. It may not be designed to fix your issue, but if the problem is related to firmware (and it could well be) then that might fix you up.
