Pelicans off of Point Loma, San Diego

My family and I saw a bunch of these large birds whilst down at Point Loma on Saturday. These were the clearest and closest ones.

Thanks, Maureen. It was pretty hard to get pictures of these birds. Most of them were further out, where my 70-200 couldn't quite get enough bird in the frame. We were up on a bluff, and just about all of the pelicans were skimming along the water probably 30 feet or so below us. The location didn't really allow you to get too close to the edge.
