This is a new idea that I just thought of! I apologize in advance if this has already been done, but I did not see a thread like it.

Rules are simple: Post a picture(s) of some landmarks or popular buildings that are unique to your hometown/city. The point is to be able to post a picture and have others be able to identify your location by looking at the picture(s) posted!

Hope this is not a complete flop! Also hoping to see some neat city or small town pictures! This can also get creative when there are pictures of unique structures, buildings, or other things native to ones location!

Ill start this off with a picture! You should be able to guess my location by looking at the photograph! Have fun with this thread!

Lovely shot! I've always wanted to travel to Australia. I looked up the Rialto Tower and learned that it's the second tallest reinforced concrete building in the Southern Hemisphere. Very neat! Keep them coming, let's get this thread movin! ;)

My shot of the Needle is a little darker than I would have liked, but it's alright. Thanks! Got any local shots in Dallas, Todd?

Okay, probably the best known thing about Dallas:

This is the view from the snipers nest window of the 6th floor of the Texas Book Depository where Lee Harvey Oswald allegedly shot and killed President Kennedy.

Yes, it was a bit morose thinking back on it now. It's a very somber place to this day. Now, outside is a bit more of a sideshow though. If you look closely you can see an X on the road where the killshot took place.

This could be fun.
Here's a few from my home base.
The Aussies will probably know where these are, but any other takers.

The Bell Tower of North Carolina State University has always symbolized Raleigh, NC in my mind.
