Anybody buy an induro 8x carbon fiber monopod

I just bought one and want to know how you like it

Yes, I've got one and I like it. But I'm not sure why you're asking the question. Is it that you don't like yours? Or that you're not sure if you should like it or not?

I'm very happy with Induro. Monopod and tripod here.

Yes happy with my CT314 8X tripod.

Not too heavy for its size and seems quite sturdy. Twist leg locks take some getting used to but now I can adjust the height easily.

I've used it with the Acratech swivel base directly mounted on it and then either a Manfrotto 498/Wimberly or a Jobu BWG-Pro gimbal on top of that. No issues with that weight plus 7D + 50-500 OS.

All in all I feel a reasonable quality tripod for the price (even includes a carry bag).

Very happy with my Induro CF monopod - I like the quality - in fact the locks feel better than on my Gitzo 1541T!

I have an earlier model MC24, not bad for a low budget monopod.

Anyway, just bought a RRS MC34 so the Induro is going to retire soon.....

Yes indeed. Benro make the Induros and I use a Benro C2680T tripod which is the equivalent to the Gitzo 1541T. The locks on the Benro are way smoother than on the Gitzo, a day of building and breaking down the 1541T and your right hand really hurts!
