It's a rubber sleeve made by Lone Wolf. It really doesn't add that much bulk because it doesn't have the palm swell of the Hogue handall grip. Makes the grip tackier.

Good practice though! Starting to learn where the "sweeter" spots are for light setups when it comes to gun shots :)
