Is the underexposure intentional?

You would have benefited from some fill flash

If you are uncomfortable with flash you could try a reflector, she needs light on her face.

#1 is awkward - her shoulders are squared, the hand is artificial, and the expression isn't great. It's a throwaway shot - she doesn't look good in it.

#2: Would be so much better with some fill, as mentioned.

The crop of the arms in #3 bothers me.

#4: Good expression, even if she isn't looking, but underexposed.

Summarising, you want those eyes to gleam. For a first time portrait session it is a good foundation to build on.

Thanks! I also bought a flash later on in that day, but me and her are planning more shoots so as much advice as you guys could give would be appreciated! :)

Cute model. You're lucky to have her to work with.
I like her look and expressions in the last 3.
Having shot 4 framed like 2 would have been nice, no cut up hand.

Along with what others have said:

She looks like she's talking on a cell phone in the first.

Her out off focus jeans and shoes are are a distraction in the last three shots.

1st really doesn't work for me.
Last one has got to be the best IMO, looks natural, unposed, but try to not cut bits off her :)
I also quite like #2, it has great framing, and her expression is good.
But as others have said, they're pretty much all underexposed.

I'll be spending the rest of today re-editing them and I'll post up the newer ones after I've edited them more better. Also how would I go around selecting like 10 out of 245, when I like the majority of them :(

If it was easy everybody could do it.

Keep posting.

The 2nd picture doesn't seem to be working, but the first one is.
My impression:
Great pose, great framing, very nice catchlight in the eyes, good exposure (though highlights blown, intentional? I like it anyway, it works for this shot) but white balance seems quite a bit off!
Here's a quick edit to show what I mean:

Ahh I'm not too sure now. I was going for the 'Will Manning' style darkness/blue color balance but I like them bright now I'm just not too sure about the white balance. (Not too sure whether or how I'd prefer apart from how it is or how you've editted it Sirrith.)

Hmm
