The ones that I use frequently are Nik Viveza, Dfine, Sharpener Pro, Portrait Professional, On One's Perfect Resize (Genuine Fractals) and Focal Point. Could I live without them, sure but it would take alot longer to achieve some of the results. I use all of mine in Photoshop. I have other plug-ins but I use them less frequently.

My life is like one big RAW file....way too much post processing needed.

NIK 'Silver Efex Pro' (now using version 2)
Alien Skin 'Exposure 3'

I could live without them but they do make life easy.

Focal Blade.

I use it less often since I 'rediscovered' DPP, as the standard Sharpening in the latter works much better for me than the corresponding tool in my previous RAW converter.

There aren't really many plugins whose effect can't be replicated using standard Photoshop tools, but my most used are the Nik plugin collection and Portraiture 2... this is likely along the lines of what you'll see most photographers using.

I acquired an expensive camera so I can hang out in forums, annoy wedding photographers during formals and look down on P&S users... all the while telling people it's the photographer, not the camera.

Off topic.
I installed FocalBlade in CS5 and Lightroom.
CS5 is fine, but where is it in Lightroom?
Thanks

NIK collection. They are easy to use, can be local or global and work extremely well for what they are designed to do. The more you use them, the more one finds out just how good they are.
I also use Photmatrix, but may add the NIK HDR program in addition to. I will check it out first.

just a few of my thoughts...

Can't help, I'm afraid.

I use Focal Blade within Serif PhotoPlus, which can run Photoshop plugins.

I'm not in front of lightroom now so I may have the exact wording wrong... With the NIK programs in LR whilst in the develop module you have to click on the 'Photo' menu (at the top) and there is a sub-menu something like 'Edit In' and then select the program you require. I'm sure it will be the same with Focalblade etc.
