In order of most used..

Alien Skin Exposure 3
Portraiture 2
Topaz DeNoise 5
Topaz ReMask 3
Genuine Fractals 6

I've been intruiged by NIK Silver Efex 2, but don't see how it could be THAT much better than the B/W conversion options with the Alien Skin product. Anyone who has Silver Efex pro up for a comparison thread? I can do conversions with the Alien Skin and we can compare.

NIK, period. I've bought a few others but NIK plug-ins accomplish what I need and are so intuitive.

Another plug for NIK software. I could live without them, but it wouldn't be near as much fun!

I also have most of the Topaz plugins. Those are easily overdone, but if you tweak them and play with them, they can do some interesting things.

I use a few Jeffrey’s Lightroom Goodies (external link), such as the jfFlickr export plugin. And of course LR/Enfuse (external link).

PSCS4: Dr Browns (external link) 1-2-3-process, a few sharpening (external link) / effect (external link) panels by the Light's Right and GuideGuide (external link)

None of them essential (except sometimes maybe enfuse), but all make work easier.
