Slideshow software

Hello All,
I figured this might be the place to ask what you all recommend for slideshow software. I took a trip and took a lot of exposures and want to burn them to a dvd with music and show it to some interested people. What if anything do you all use. I know that this is an off topic for a photo website but I have gotten great advice from people here before. Thank you.

I use ProShow Producer but for your needs, I would reccomend ProShow Gold which doesn't have all the features of Producer but is still loaded with effects and is much cheaper. Check out http://photodex.com/

never done this myself but a google of "dvd slideshow software" bring up lots of results

I use Pro show Gold and it works great. I use it to make slidshows with music and you can save it as a blue ray quality if you want.

Thanks for the suggestions. I have been without a cpu for a bit but I purchased a new one and got the proshow gold. But I can not burn a disc any ideas on why this is happening? Thanks.
