I was still up at 4am which is when it was supposed to start. I went outside, looked up and saw a tinge of orange through the clouds where the moon was. Noted the clouds were getting thicker so decided not to get up at 6am to see the total. It would have been fairly low at that time anyway... at 35 degrees from memory. Would have made the cloud problem worse at that angle too. Overall, happy I opted for sleep ;)

Yeh, it was about this time last year when we BBQ'd at Damos. I think you'd either just moved in, or about to. Good to hear it's going well.
