Lol seriously I seen some in the store Spencers. Not exactly like that but they are humidifiers. Put water in them and it creates this vapor making it look creepy. My sister in law has one but it's a different theme. Hers is a castle I believe with water falls. At the bottom of the water fall ( the base ) it's all vapor. I was thinking yours was one of them.
