Lol, its actually been very nice here for the last few months, we seem to be having better weather than most places. :cool: Does make a change though.

How about a surfing safari series? Went to the beach the other day while there were some swells coming in. Surfers were loving it!

Teleflagger Thanks....My friend had the f2.8 latest version for 2600.00 and absolutely love it but that is way too out of my budget.

Haha, partially. I don't think you should write the day off due to bad weather though. You're also writing off a lot of potential photographs which only rain and fog can provide. For example, at night time light reflects off the wet roads and stuff. Everyone is different though, I guess. :)

Only issue is the hazard of getting the camera wet. :\

Peter2516 - yeah 2600 is too much... i have seen them locally for 1500.... used on CL... thought that way some day... but any lens at $1k and up is too much for me!!!!!! especially used!!!!!!
