there are always exceptions :-)

Currently, we're all very proud of Dirk Nowitzki. Basketball isn't that popular here, but everybody hopes, that Dirk kicks Miami's ass :-)

GOOOOOOOOOOO MAVS!!!!

Go Heat!! :D Hey there has to be competition!

Nice shots Roger. I like #1 the best because your model was framed nicely with the clouds behind her but I wish it had been a full body shot like #3. Otherwise nice use of lighting. Do you have any BTS shots of your lighting setup?

And I know why you would John 'cause it's a beautiful shot. I think the backlighting is what makes this one unique so that's why it's my favorite from this set.

I also can't see the outline of its beak so I get the impression that he was checking you out because you were checking him out with your one big eye. ;)

Once again great shot.

LuFaine, I will try to remember to get a BTS shot on my next shoot. This one in particular was lit using a 580ex through a white shoot-through umbrella. A simple one-light setup.
Getting the full body on shot #1 was quite a problem without getting the light stand in the frame so it was the best I could manage. I'm going to try to see if I can take 2 exposures handheld and get rid of the light stand in a composited layer in PS on my next shoot. Similar to what I did for the biker shoot but I used a tripod for that.

Thank you guys and Annie for all the kinds words. Tonight I will try to post the exif but first how do I do that I know a little thing about it. I have lightroom 3 and CS4, I think I tried to click the info before in CS4 and it shows some details about a picture. I think it was annie (not sure) who posted where to bring it out in cs4. EXIF is different with metadata? Sorry newbie here.

No.. it's the same as your metadata Problem with photoshop is there doesn't seem to be a way to copy it, other than to take a screenshot.

Were you using photobucket? I'm not familiar with their setup. I know that in Flickr, you can click on the photo and then there's a link to your camera name, and clicking on that brings up the exif.

Even better is when we direct upload here, but that only allows two photos at a time, and only in certain sizes/mgs. When we can do that though, the exif info should be embedded, and viewable with just a right click (provided you've got an exif reader installed on your puter).

I hope this is making some sense.

:) Anne
