What she didn't get was that piece of string I was holding was then tied around my body and used to hold the lens down and keep the setup steady while spinning.

I just caught up with all of these really great posts and showed my wife the "Spinning Daughter" because it was so cool! This shot really helps it make sense and is a wonderful pic that you really should frame! Nice job Trey
