As fo the PS color settings: I'd tick these boxes:  In LR, you can use sRGB as output color space, and it actually is the best choice if your intended output is web or send-out printing. If, however, you print at home on a decent inkjet, I'd use a larger colorspace, like AdobeRGB or ProPhotoRGB and learn about colormanagement.
