They will never be 'exactly' the same because every monitor is different, but the vast majority of monitors in the world are close to sRGB and so will display your photos reasonably well if they are in that space.

In your second screenshot, Photoshop tells you the image is in a different colorspace then the default:

Note you can also have PS display the profile in the box in the bottom of the window (Where you now have the "exposure" slider, which is less useful IMO.)

As fo the PS color settings: I'd tick these boxes:

In LR, you can use sRGB as output color space, and it actually is the best choice if your intended output is web or send-out printing.
If, however, you print at home on a decent inkjet, I'd use a larger colorspace, like AdobeRGB or ProPhotoRGB and learn about colormanagement.
