I haven't seen this posted here and thought it was pretty cool, so I'm posting. Profoto users have probably seen it already.

Didn't read too much into it but if this guy had been training to see what it was like, getting hit in the face multiple times is no biggie. Its being winded and having the sh*t beaten out of you while you struggle to defend yourself that will make you pissed.

Yep....that's very cool Rob. For those that may not understand how she got effective coverage of 40 fps ( she really did not explain the detail of it ), a similar setup was done to cover Barry Bond breaking Hank Aaron's home run record. This guy explains how they set the slight delay between each camera so that they got the timing coverage needed. I'm not wording that very well, but it will clear when you see and listen to how he did it. Of course this was done without flash.

Wow, thanks for posting that Rob.. I hadn't seen it.

and for the record... I'd gladly stand there and let someone punch me in the face repeatedly for just 1/4 of that gear!

On a somewhat unrelated note concerning Greg Heisler, I just spent a few days learning from him and it turns out he is planning to write a book for us all to enjoy. I can only hope Greg will do more in terms of instructing. He's a really great and humble guy and a great teacher! :)

That's freakin' cool, Dennis.

Do you know when the book will be available?

Hey Rob,

probably not anytime soon. I'm sure it's quite far off. I'll try to find out!
