reading some new , i read that Vitec (i guess usa or canadian company ) bought manfrotto & gizto

is that true?

in the homapage http://www.vitecgroup.com/ , there are some manfrotto and gizto gear

i read they will start to make manfrotto and gizto in china and malesya

are these information true?
