BestVisuals Senior Member 763 posts Joined Apr 2007 More info | Here's the comparison between the $16 Sto-Fen diffuser cup for the 550 EX and the Adorama Beauty Dish. Eyeballing it, I guess the Sto-Fen cup is 1/5 the size (or less) of the dish. I like the effect but am not sure it's worth the partial loss of IR focus assist in a dark room. If I could cut out the bottom 10% of the dish to allow room for the IR assist window to shine, I'd like it better. Canon 5D MK II, 24-105 L, Sigma 16mm fisheye
