On Google Earth the building is still under construction.... We were just there a month or so ago. The ugly concrete monstrosity is the Hepworth gallery and is fairly recent (it's a lot better on the inside). The old brick warehouse in the link you posted is on the other side of the wooden caterpillar thing, and is still there.
