Is it a coastal city, and if so, is it E or W coast?

North or South of Cancun/Puerto Vallarta if you were to draw a line horizontally across the country? (that's assuming both those cities are roughly the same latitude)

It's not Cancun and on the Westcoast of Cancun(below La Paz side)

Remember, I am looking for a specific location and not just the town.

I'm confused by this edit...

Is it on the west coast of the Yucatan or on the west coast of Mexico (as in Pacific Ocean or Gulf of California)?

Sorry, NOT on the peninsula of La Paz, but below that.
It is on the Westcoast from Cancun, and Pacific Ocean and North of Acapulco.
