you should get a SD card.... of a size and speed appropriate for what you'll be shooting....

I'd be looking for at least a 8GB Class 6 card.. but... I'd probably buy a 16GB Class 10 card... like so : http://www.bhphotovideo.com …ofessional_133x_SDHC.html (external link)

Generally, Class 6 or better. But it really depends on what you intend to shoot, and if you plan to do a lot of video. Hard to go wrong with the Sandisk Extreme series.

I plan to use the S95 for "everyday" shots but I also like to shot busts to make sure I don't miss that just right shot like a bat hitting a baseball or other hard to time shots.

Thanks for your help.

There's no reason to get a high speed card for the S95. The HD video is like 4MB/s bit rate and it can only shoot like 1fps, so really anything class 4 or better will be fine. I'd just get a reliable brand like Kingston, Sandisk, lexar, Transcend and get whatever size you think works. The manual has a table of picture capacity based on card size, so you can reference that for your needs.

Actually, for reliable, assured HD Video on the S95, you will want a Class 6 card. Some slower cards may not choke on you, but others may.
