I have 2 neewer 250w strobes. They go off when they see a flash. I also bought a cheap wireless trigger. I'm finding that the trigger doesn't work very good. I got what I paid for. Sometimes it goes off, other times it doesn't. I shoot with a T2i. I am wondering if anyone has any good advice/products to look at? Also, I have the 430 EX II and wondering if I could just use this as the trigger? I'm trying to make a little (nothing big, just starting out) money on the side, so I don't want to look unprofessional? Opinions?

My studio is about 15x15. I have 2 white 43" brollys. 2 34" blk/white. 2 33" blk/silver.

Put the 430EX II on your camera, manual mode, minimum power and point it at one of your strobes.

That is what I was thinking. I just know alot of people use pocket wizards and I don't want to look like I have no clue what I am doing. I'm slowly pushing myself forward, lots more learning to do. Especially, when I look on this board.

Thank you for the response.
