2 pictures from a recent shoot. The first is Lamar. His is an actor and this is one of the headshots I did for him. The second is my wife who just happened to jump infront of the camera as a joke and this is what I got. C&C always welcomed.

Thanks for looking!

You tricked me. Thought it was Lamar Odom and the Kardashian. Either way, lighting looks perfect and the position of the subject in the first one is good. I personally dont mind the top of the head cut off, but others might.

Lighting looks ok but pp looks bad. Did you blur both images? Skin on both images just does not look real

You can get away with smoothing with woman but with men the rugged look is best

Hi All-

Thanks for the great comments. The original photos were not oof. It was tack sharp. He has a lot of acne scars and he asked that I remove them. I pushed the PP a bit more than I normally would especially in the case of lamar - I keep trying to balance on the edge of the blade.

I was trying to do a bit of a revlon look with my wife. She isn't in the right clothing, but I wanted that airbrushed look for her.

The lighting was a beauty dish from top with a bounce below.

Thanks again for letting me share!
