clipper_from_oz Goldmember More info | Have a look at the epson v750. Although its a flatbed scanner I use it to scan 6x17 large format transperancies for my commercial Panorama workand Its that good that when I show people comparisons of scans between an imacon scanner costing 10 times and my v750 they cannot tell the difference!!!. The range that the scanner will capture. Res's are all up there but and medium format is a decent size. Remember optical res is all that matters. The smaller number given is the optical res, I believe vertical (??) and the other is interpolated from 1/2 that. multidisciplinary visual guy, professor of visual art, irresponsible and salty.

I saw one used in good condition for $7500 recently on another forum, if you're interested. -- Ken
