I am passionate about DSLR imaging.

Here is what I consider to be my best picture:-

Isle of Arran from Dunure Rocks (external link) by Jeff and Rebecca Murray (external link), on Flickr
Here is my website:

And here is my best film:

Any comments/critisisms welcome.

I'd like to find a way to make enough to pay for my kit say £2 - £2.5K per annum. Do you think I am getting close to a professional level to be able to start charging for photography or film making?

Regards

Jeff

With kind regards
Jeff

I don't have time right now to check out the links ... but the image you have on display is pretty good.

^^^ +1. Love the pastel color palette of the posted image. Very nicely done.

your passion does come through in the image above. really like the lighting and composition
can't view the video at work right now.

I would say go for it! I do quite good just getting portrait work on the side. Pays for all the other toys! Start off with friends and family, pro bono and for practice. get clients from friends and families and next thing you know, people are calling you!

Gorgeous waterscape. I like this processing alot, it never gets old for me.You may want to level that horizon though;)

great still shot... love it... the video is really good as well, but you will need to get a better fluid head for your panning shots- they are just a little jerky. Also, the transition between songs seemed a little awkward. Great job overall.

Great photo. Start small and getting your name out there and before you know it you will hit it big.

Very calm and serene picture. Reminds me of the Big Sur. On a side note, maybe the brightness/exposure could be reduced a little bit?

That is a very beautiful scene. Very relaxing, and yes I could imagine that hanging on a wall. Well done.
