You will love the 7D it is great but don't worry about upgrading to the 5D3 as no one knows when it is coming, no one knows the spec and no one knows the price. Full frame is nice but I don't think members are "beginning to really rave" about it. That has been going on for some time. Very lucky to have a lot of nice toys
