Well I have an opportunity to get a Sigma EF-500 DG ST (not the super), a wacom graphire tablet and a Polaris Light meter for a decent price as a package. Would it be worth it?

As my question is that I have a 580ex and an Opteka flash fired with rf-602s. Would the Sigma flash be a good addition, and also be able to be fired by the rf-602s? I was hoping for more of the YN-560s instead. But the price is almost too good to pass up.

Is there a market for the Sigma's if i deciding not to keep the Sigma.

Thanks for your help/input.

Sigma flash is not bad, works fine but thats just about it.

My honest opinion - stay away from it, don't even poke it with a stick! I had 530ST and it was good but very limited flash, only ETTL on camera and manual output of only 1/1 or 1/16. I sold it for 1/3 of what I paid for it because nobody was willing to pay more for it. And it will not work with radio triggers, I tried.

If you're going to get a Sigma, then make sure it's a Super and not a ST. Much more usable flash with much better features.
