A bit of an odd pic for the wildlife forum but I thought it was a bit more fitting here than in the Nature/Landscapes.

The question is, will the beaver remain determined to complete what he started.

This pic is to show a bit better just how much work he has done and in the grand scheme of things with the size of this tree it isn't much work compared to what it is going to take to finish the job.

May not have been a beaver. Nutria will work a tree over like that as well, but I don't think they work as hard at building dams and such.

there is a very big damn that was built as well as a couple of other spots that have been damned...from what I know, Nutria don't damn but dig and accoriding to Game and Inland Fisheries here Nutria are not in my area.

Keep watching, He'll be back, once they start they wont stop till its down. They want the branchs,not the tree.

I don't think this was a beaver. Somebody did that for food. But great photos nonetheless.
