Mar 18, 2011 13:07 | #2 I think you missed the focus and the background isn't ideal, I'd have increased the DOF and moved to the left a bit so the background is equally black/dark

I took several photos of this and through the view finder they looked to be in focus but this was the only one that sort of came out ok. Not sure what I'm doing wrong.. I'll try again I suppose. You have Live View on that camera...put it in LV and manual focus that puppy, using the zoom button if necessary. The things you do for yourself die with you, the things you do for others live forever.
