But that was a year ago. I took some bad advice telling me coconut oil was really good for you; you should eat two tablespoons (or was it teaspoons) a day. It was like a fad. But that stuff is crazy high in saturated fat, so I recently cut it out. All that hype about saturated fat being worse for you than other fat has never been proven, ie it's rubbish.
