And I got suspended from Twitter.

What's your @ thingo .... I've recently got into twitter properly but not photography related, just nerdy computer and electronics stuff.

I'm guessing you post about the emporium?

As always Jay you are a day late and a dollar short as the new week actually started yesterday.

Oh man, you're right! Suffice it to say I am not aging gracefully. -?

Aging sucks. Wan I get up in the morning and do my first stretch, I sound like a bunch of raw spaghetti being snapped. I crack in paces I shouldn't be cracking in. :(

Stretch?

It's hard to even imagine stretching. . Everything would hurt too much. . Stretching is a young man's game, and I am not young anymore.

"Your" and "you're" are different words with completely different meanings - please use the correct one.
"They're", "their", and "there" are different words with completely different meanings - please use the correct one.
"Fare" and "fair" are different words with completely different meanings - please use the correct one. The proper expression is "moot point", NOT "mute point".

If you don't stretch, it gets worse. I do boring exercises every day to maintain the ability to bend, reach, and move.

Gettin' serious for a moment, I think it's the other way around. The young folk wake up pre-streached and ready to go. I see my grand kids get out of bed, fly down the stairs, trampoline a few times on the couch before heading over to the breakfast table. :) They are naturally limber. The older I get, the more important it is for me to spend 10~15 minutes each morning just getting everything ready to move again.

I go though my katas (tai chi style but not tai chi) I just do one really slow with tension. Then do a core routine (mountain climb, crunches, in&outs, plank, scissors and six inch) takes about 10~15 minutes. Then I'm ready for my walk/jog (at least an hour but usually a bit more) I got my FitBit goal set to 14k a day and i like to start the morning close between 6k and 10k.

I stretched once, but it hurt too bad, so I avoid it. Add to that dreading that Winter is on it's way. It's already been to 19f at night. I lost a considerable amount of weight and the upside is it's easier for me to layer clothing. That's my new hobby. I'm afraid of being one birthday away of not caring what I put on in the morning. Thank goodness I don't own any plaid slacks. (oh man...I said "slacks" and not pants.)

I've never heard of most of those exercises. I used to bike. I have exercises I was taught in physical therapy after my back surgeries and those keep me pretty limber. I do walk every evening, about 20 to 30 minutes worth, and when the weather is good, I will walk to the little store near my house for something I need. We have a fantastic park in town which I use for photography, but haven't been there since my latest medical episode. I'm looking to get back there in the Spring. I missed the Fall colors this year and pretty bummed about that.

start slow. It should never hurt. Each day, work it just a tad farther. Before you know, your range of mobility will have improved significantly. Stretching is about the best thing you can do as you get older else you become an Ent.
