Well, I petitioned to have my house reassessed, and they will be coming out to do that, which is good, as I'm told most requests end favorably for the homeowner. I then stopped in the Treasurers office to see what my new taxes would be without the reassessment, and found I am eligible for a 70% tax credit due to my disability. So, my taxes will be much lower than what I have been paying, even if they don't lower the assessed value of my home. I see this as a good thing. :-)

That's great news!

Watch out, Charles. Jay has a cat that keeps him up all night. Will that be all right with you?

40° temperature difference between yesterday and today. I'm good with the cooler weather. Not quite ready for the heat and humidity, plus I like rainy days. No guilt for not getting errands done.

Charles is a creature of the night. He's crawling out of bed when we're climbing in. I'm sure he won't mind.

TMI. What you two do together in and out of your bedroom is none of our business. Glad you 2 have your fetish, sounds sweet.

Got chilly here as well. Cloudless but chilly. Needed a sweatshirt for my morning run.
