Sure is quiet in here. I guess strudel and pop tart talk scared everyone away. I can see that, they are quite frightening after all.

Well, carbs can be pretty scary especially to those keto folks. They go crazy in the presence of carbs. Not sure why, but call me JJ.

I had to inform him he had to turn the screw in counting the turns to seat it, then unscrew it to remove it. Kids now a days. Not sure why, but call me JJ.

The scariest part is the partially hydrogenated oil and some other ingredients that you can't figure out unless you have a degree in chemistry. Then there's the white flour. Bland, lacking in nutrition, and no help with moving things along, if you know what I mean. It's my life and I'll get pissed if I want to.

Personal data.. My mom was a health food not, stopped smoking in her early 30s, drank little, and exercised regularly. She died of cancer at 56. My aunt, her sister, lived a hard life. Was an alcoholic on and off her whole life. Quit smoking in her early 80's, ate bacon, doughnuts, junk food her whole life and dies at 95 of covid. I'm sticking with doughnuts. Not sure why, but call me JJ.

I don't know the answer, although I believe colon cancer is related to diet, but also to heredity and other things. Eating the bad kinds of fats makes heart and blood-vessel troubles. I still have some gap gauges laying around. Life was simpler with $1.99 gap gauges vs $1299.00 hand-held diagnostics gear with more power than my macbook. I remember when timing lights were cool. Sure, they gave the neighbor kid seizures, but still, they were cool.
