Scanning those old negatives sounds like a nostalgic and interesting task. You're even diving into Christmas 1965, which must bring back some memories. It's cool that you're taking the time to restore and revive those precious moments captured on film. I have to give you credit for your resourcefulness too. Soaking those old negatives in some "magic juice" (Filmguard) and watching them come back to life is pretty satisfying, I bet. And the fact that the scans are turning out well after some restoration work shows your dedication to preserving those memories. Sure, it may be a quiet and uneventful day, but at least you're making the most of it!!! So keep up the good work, enjoy the trip down memory lane, and make those scans shine! Who knows, you might even uncover some hidden gems from Christmas 1965)) Welcome new person!!!

Also decided to lookup and write the longest words he could find for each letter of the alphabet (yes, he missed on a couple). He worked on that till 11:30pm. During the day he wrote down dots and dashes for each letter in morse code and wrote us messages. He then re-arranged each letter and made his own Horse code.
