Oh no, Moose Muffins have to adhere to a strict code of conduct, or face punishment by Mr. Moose.

Of course. I mean, how else could it be?

Well he could let them run wild, wander about willy nilly, but then the Moose Muffin Mosque would lose its competitive edge and become like any other cheap establishment of ill repute.

Moose Mosque Muffins are indeed required to maintain high standards of behavior, appearance, etiquette, and decorum at all times. And just to be clear, the Moose Mosque is not an establishment of ill repute, cheap or otherwise; it is a well-respected social club for clients with discerning taste.

You may enjoy an excellent lobster or steak dinner at the restaurant, or more casual fare in the café. Relax with a game of billiards or cards. There’s also a piano bar with a dance floor, and a smoking lounge (cigars and pipes only), and of course, areas in which you may pursue your libidinous cravings (including those which might run to the “unorthodox”, with certain exceptions. See the Muffinatrix at the entrance of "The Dungeon Club" for details).

In other words, a hostess lounge.

Now I'm baffled. Just what kind of speakeasy of the flesh are you running, Moose?

The MM has lounges within its walls, but it's much more than a "hostess lounge." I'm somewhat offended. I'll have to send you a one-day guest pass (for two) to the one closest to your location, so you can see for yourself. Feel free to bring the wife/girlfriend as your plus-one.

For goodness sake Matt, you think my wife would be happy if I was going to a speakeasy? She supports my MMM visits, all very tasteful.

Thank you, Ian. And I should remind everyone of our 20% POTN discount. There are also 10% Veteran and LEO discounts for non-POTN members.

Thanks, Moose. That's gracious of you. I didn't appreciate that it was a franchise. Do you offer opportunities of employment and student internships in the areas of talent, services, and management?

Student internships are for Muffins only at this time. But we're always looking for good people in security, mixology, sales, as well as talented pianists, chefs, waitresses, and so on. See our website for details.

Great to know for when I visit as being a cheapskate I'll expect the POTN discount as well as the Veteran's discount, provided the Vet discount is open to UK Vet's too :p

Photography was my second choice for a hobby.
Water skiing was my first, but I couldn't find a lake with a slope.

Discounts are not stackable. So for you, 20% is as good as it gets.

For those of you from foreign lands, be advised that MM's in the US have a strict dress code. Slacks, jacket (ties are not required), no tennis shoes, sandals or open-toed shoes. Collared shirts only. I bring this up only to save some potential embarrassment. Our friend Ian dropped by in a kilt, and was unfortunately barred at the door. Jay showed up in red tennies and was also turned away.

Last night I celebrated Mothers Day with my daughter - at a restaurant I had avoided for 17 years. Besides all the flamboyance, small size of entrees (on square plates - I hate square plates), etc. there was the COST !! - - - a side of one baked potato cost $10.95 !!!

I wished I had a muffin ( or a strumpet - oops, I mean a crumpet ).

But, the girls all had a good time... C'est la vie.
