Sorry they are having troubles regulating your body temps. It's uncanny where medicine has gone that they can predict your temps thru the weekend. Hope you feel better.

Thank you Chet. I also just got off the phone with the insurance company and they don't cover temperature regulation with out a pre-auth, so this is all out of pocket. I suspect the 90's are going to cost me big time.

I had surgery. I woke up. I guess that's something.

91f today, 93 tomorrow 97 on Saturday and 96 on Sunday. It's gonna be a hawt weekend.-?

Good luck with the recover.

Funny that your "hot" weekend is in the 90's. We're going to be cooling down to the high 90's.
It was 111 at my house yesterday. The forecast is 106 for today, but it's always hotter on my side of town.

We have had two days of positively crazy and beautiful "Canadian Summer" weather.
Cool breezes all day and night, putting on the flannel over the t-shirt before leaving the house, no fan no AC, it's so nice.

It is like it was growing up as a kid summers in Georgian Bay, Lake Huron.

Sounds wonderful.

Only noon here, and 102. I just spent three hours outside cleaning the pool filters, and I'm about done for the day. Kicking back on the couch, about to watch The Conjuring.

Ah, beautiful country.

Brings back memories.

Hey guys - watched the Ali Doc from 2014 which got me looking around youtube and started watching young Mike Tyson.

Just incredible speed and fury - and better technique came after.

anyways - watching this vid of Tyson's knockouts and while amazing - please pay attention to the clip of the fight beginning at 9 minutes, 37 seconds and tell me what you think...

I didn't realize until he passed that his Parkinson's was a result of the tens of thousands of times he took blows to the head. The man was amazing. So much more than a boxer.

Definite leading role model of the time.

Then I found videos of Mike Tyson's knockouts... the young man was a spectacle to witness in the ring. Fury, strenth, speed. Then came technique.

Mike definitely had his priorities a bit askew.

Yes but looking at his 1985-2002 era fights... wow.
Told my supervisor who is a boxer and she speaks of young Tyson as her inspiration.
