If I take a pic in an aspect ratio of 4:3 on a G 11 and want to print it without any cropping issues, can I re-size it in Lightroom 3 to allow me to do this? Kind of a simpleton question, sorry. Thanks

One of the beauties of LIghtroom's Print module (in my humble view) is that you don't have to "resize" anything. You just select the image that you want to print, select the print template (either Lightroom's or one of your own creation), set Zoom to Fill (or not), and click the Print button. Once you get a template set up to your liking it's a very simple process. Ace Rimmer -- "What a guy!"

Mar 18, 2011 22:41 | #4 Thank you very much...This is helpful. I just want to be able to print some images that I took in a 4:3 aspect ratio. I have LR3 but don't print at home. I think I will just tell the printer not to crop and trim the white borders myself. They still fit in a 4x6 frame. Maybe have to get a little matting. Thanks.
