I believe that at low tide this one is accessible on foot, making it a relatively simple task of getting the foundations down.

This was one of my very first lighthouse images from my first trip to the OBX. While everyone else in the group was on the other side...I wandered over to this side just the last of the light was leaving...got mugged by the skeeters over there...

Very nice light. Kind of pastel looking. Oh, and when you go out on a boat, please have a camera strap around your neck. Too easy to lose your camera overboard. ;-)a

Thanks. Good soft light and a camera that was known for having that lower contrast look...sometimes I miss the rendering of certain images from that camera...
