I thought this was the lighthouse at Bovbjerg when I saw this photo in another thread but wasn't sure. I was there in 1992 and the whole site is beautiful with grand views of the North Sea. Thanks for posting this.

Thank you. Yes, the cliffs there really are beautiful! We are currently spending the holidays ten kilometres north of the lighthouse. Was quite a long hike, walking along the shore with wind blowing in the opposite direction :D Think it took us 1.5 times as long as Google Maps said it would.

Yes, I remember the wind being very strong. I was there in August '92 and had to wear winter clothes due to the frigid wind coming off the North Sea. It was still a nice area the the people there were very friendly.

I scrolled until the water "horizon" was almost at the bottom edge of my laptop's window. They lined up all right. I don't know why your impression is different. Possibly astigmatism?
