That is one thing I have found out about Richard, AKA avondale87 is that he is able to somehow know what a lot of things are built from AND HOW they are built!

don't get too excited Charles, but thanks for the acknowledgment.
Those chunks of rock look very reminiscent to some large pieces of fossil trees I've seen. Might be wrong though.
Live long and observe a lot, makes one - best not go down that track :-P:rolleyes:

The Happisburgh lighthouse on the Norfolk coast that’s in danger of falling victim of sea erosion as well as the village around it.
I went hoping for a nice Sunset but the weather changed as I arrived and got stormy skies instead. Still very happy with how it came out.

That's a beautiful photo with a fantastic mood

Very fitting sky given the subject.

Quite interesting all round. Barley, sustenance, keeping life going, as does the light house as a protector of life.
Perfect blend wrapped up in a beautiful photo

I know that one! I was originally going to go back in September this year...that kinda isn't gonna happen now. I miss the coast, the lighthouses, the piers...maybe not the bugs.
