Posted this on its own, most of the feedback was that the picture was too dark. I think I may turn into Captain Ahab trying to get this shot at the right exposure to not have the sun blow the whole shot on me. and here's another shot of Ram Island, which sits across the bay from Portland Head.
That speck in the surf on the Ram Island shot is actually a bottle that the tide was bringing in, so I didn't clone it out.
