Now my canon rebel XS really sucks with the stock flash but when im indoors is there a good setting to use ? at night ?

Using what lens (if you have more than one, what lenses)?

And, are you talking in a reasonably well-lit room or a "cavern"?

And, how are you working with the built-in flash and what "sucky" results have you seen?
