lol, morons, they assault and rob someone and then stay in the area. Not to mention that the fellow had quite a unique hair style and the photog still had his photo in his camera LOL.

Wow. Deliberately attract attention in public and get mad when you succeed. Couple of geniuses there.

I never understand criminals.

It's as if they want to get caught (which they obviously do...negative attention is better than no attention, I guess).

Tattoos, crazy hair, beatup cars, and shabby clothes. Nope, nobody will notice that.

Thank you. bw!

That was my first thought too!

At least he was able to give a very good subject description to the police.

Can I take your picture? "I'll swallow your soul!" Well, my camera will at least.

This forum is pretty biased towards photogs. Honestly, that photographer should have just deleted the guys picture. Yes, we have a right to take pictures in public areas, but taking pictures of people who aren't comfortable with getting their picture taken is not a moral thing, and not deleting the picture afterward even more so. I have every right to do many things which would have me being an *******, I choose not to do them because I'm not an *******. That doesn't justify assault nor does it make it ok, but I don't feel bad for that photog.

"I am entitled to take your photo even if you don't want me to."
"And I am entitled to beat the sh*t out of you for your attitude."

It seems there is too much sense of entitlement in everyone these days!

Even those anti-war folks who feel that they are entitled to protest the war outside the funeral of a war victim who was in the military.

I agree with this. While I support our right to shoot anything in public area this whole debacle could have been avoided with a simple push of the delete key. We don't know why his hair was like that, maybe it was a rebellion thing at home. In any case, he made his intentions clear that he wasn't comfortable with having his picture taken so why not just delete it. Do we always have to be so right so as to create confrontation. There has to be some common sense applied after hitting shutter button as well.

My life is like one big RAW file....way too much post processing needed.
