Great stuff, Kurt! I was there last week and the flood waters are gone, only the salt is left.

Wow. Lots of fresh white salt crystals. Well I wonder how much water will make it there with the rain we had over the weekend here in Cali.

They are great images Kurt. For somebody who does not live in the U.S. the words Death Valley and Flooding don't seemt to go together. The only images we see are dry desert ones. My son went through there last year and his shots show just dry barren wasteland, so it is nice to see a completely different view of the area. It looks quite beautiful in flood.

I like these but the horizons look to be a few degrees out in a few of them... and they are all pretty much centrally placed in the frame too which so the real subject isn't made clear (all of which is fixable).

Nice to capture earth shadow...
