Mixing colour and mono in an exhibition...

Is it a faux pas to mix colour and mono prints in an exhibition?

I've got to supply up to 10 images for exhibiting in an online gallery initially but possibly later in the actual gallery. It'll be a set of seascapes a couple of those I'd like to include are mono but I'm not sure if they sit right together.

Thoughts please?
