Where to find YN560 Speedlite Instructions

mine came without directions, not sure if others did.

ive figured the zoom button is for zooming
the left/right is for power
but what is the up down for?

is the left right for the (excuse my lack of terminology) main output levels like 1/1, 1/4,1/8 etc...and is the up down for the increments in between? eg; =+.3, +.6, +.9

or if anyone has link, i tried searching through here but nothing for me
