Is the background a shopped in thing, or do you have a backlit table of some sort? Love the results. Also, that is one fine looking blade! I kept looking at the profile of the bevels on the blade and thinking "that is so familiar but I don't have anything like that,. why so familiar?" ...then I realized it's VERY similar to my old carry pocket knife,. a 4" folder,. which of course happens to be, a Gerber! this is the same profile blade on Steroids! I like this one much better than the sawback models! Thank you Sir. I am a moderator on another forum, and do product shots quite often. I have a light table with speedlights, and softboxes. In post, I delete the white, and layer in a blue background to make the products "pop". The original before post processing. Retired, but still learning ...

Been thinking of the makers that have preceded us in the custom knife world. Time passes quickly and to think it has been 30 years, had me thinking how much fun those times were at shows and knife talk. One of Stan Fujisaka's pieces from '04. Interesting to see the style back in those days and that includes the way I photographed knives. (If I posted this already forgive me, a non-digital camera does not allow me to add to the gallery.)

It is one of my favorites after recently starting to improve my quality of knives. Always had cheap Kershaws or Gerbers in the $35-$40 range. Earlier this year I started buying nicer and higher quality ones, the ZT has been my daily carry for the past 7 months or so. Wayne...
