I would have never sued the jerk, let's just say when he retrieved his video equipment, his proctologist would have all the video he needed for an examination.

He would not have retrieved his video equipment, if I had been that couple.

Yes, I agree with what it says about him. My point was that he might not get away with it. I suspect a judge is not going to allow a bankruptcy over a $1000 debt.

If this is his only issue he probably won't, but if this is just a small indicator of how he lives his financial life he may have enough debt that he just might be approved.

What makes me shake my head is... if this is his only issue... then he's incredibly shortsighted. Bankruptcy negatively affects a person for years. Over the long run it would be cheaper and easier to just pay the $1000 and be done with it.

Actually, I thought the husband said they saw the cameras left unattended and wondered where the cameraman was.

I really wonder how he got away with the camera in the grass though... That is without a doubt the worst idea I've ever seen.
