I've put a lot of thought into building my own studio in the backyard and decided 20'X35' should be a good size for what I need.
Main purpose is going to be a studio but I also want somewhere to better entertain my family and friends. Here is a rough copy of what I am going for, foundation should hopefully be poured within' 6 months and my friend and I will start the build. The red table in the middle of the room will actually be a pool table but there wasn't one in the software I was using. Would love to hear what yawl think...
