I purchased a 1967 Polaroid Land Camera 103 on E-bay, and after swapping out the old mercury battery for 2 AAA batteries, I am still only getting black boxes on the film, like the entire frame is way underexposed. The film expired in 2009, so I am assuming that is it... but just in case, could there be anything else wrong? I have the camera set to BW because it is B&W film, I have been shooting in great light and i'm getting nothing. Any ideas?

Yes it is opening, but I just shot into a lightbulb just to see if I could get anything. I guess I need to use a flash in daylight for this film haha, because the lightbulb showed up perfectly

I have a camera similar to yours but it is a 230

But it takes the same film. You should try some to this fuji film (external link) at is really fun if you like classic looking BW photos your mom might have in an old shoe box...

Samples from make shift scanner LOL:oops:

The negatives are pretty cool too

Which reminds me, I have got to buy some more film.

One last thing, the time between pulling the picture out and peeling the print is critical. It is the development time refer to the film instructions.
